Everything you need to know before attending UNTOLD 2026
Tickets & Check-in
How can I Check-in Online?
Sign in to your UNTOLD account, navigate to My Wallet, and follow the Online Check-in steps. Online Check-in is free within 30 days of purchase. After this period, a 25 EUR fee applies at the festival gates. We strongly recommend completing your Online Check-in as early as possible to avoid queues.
Can I get my wristband before the festival?
Yes! You can order your wristband in advance between July 14-20, 2026. To do this, you must first complete your Online Check-in. Your wristband will be shipped to your registered address. This is the recommended option to skip festival gate queues.
Where do I get my wristband during the festival?
Wristband collection point details will be announced closer to the festival dates. Please check back on this page or follow our social media channels for updates. Always bring your ticket QR code and a valid ID.
What do I need to collect my wristband?
You will need: (1) Your ticket QR code — digital or printed, (2) A valid government-issued ID or passport, (3) If you are under 18, a signed parental consent form is required. Make sure all documents match the name on your ticket.
Venue & Access
Where is the festival access point?
The main access point is at Central Park, Hungarian Opera entrance, Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania, Romania. GPS coordinates and detailed maps will be available in the UNTOLD mobile app. Public transport options and shuttle services will also be announced.
What is the policy for minors?
Children under 7 years old enter the festival for free. Children aged 7 and above require a valid ticket plus written parental or guardian consent agreement. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The festival is committed to providing a safe environment for all ages.
Is the festival accessible for people with disabilities?
UNTOLD is committed to accessibility for all attendees. The festival features dedicated accessible viewing areas, accessible routes throughout the venue, and a dedicated support team. Please contact us in advance at contact@untold.com to arrange any specific accommodations you may need.

What is SAFE IS UNTOLD?
Safe Is UNTOLD is our comprehensive safety initiative, built on three pillars: Trust, Safety & Care. This includes a large professional security team, on-site medical services, substance harm reduction stations, and a dedicated safe space for anyone who needs assistance. We believe every attendee deserves to feel safe and supported.
What items are prohibited at the festival?
Prohibited items include: professional cameras and recording equipment without press credentials, glass bottles, weapons of any kind, illegal substances, fireworks or flares, and large umbrellas. A full list of prohibited items will be published on our website before the festival. When in doubt, leave it at home.
App & Technology
How do I manage my passes with the UNTOLD App?
Download the official UNTOLD app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in with your account credentials to access My Wallet, where you can view and manage your passes, complete Online Check-in, view the stage schedule, discover artists, get festival maps, and receive real-time notifications.
Is UNTOLD available on Apple Music?
Yes! UNTOLD officially launched on Apple Music, bringing curated festival playlists, artist mixes, and exclusive content to music lovers worldwide. Follow UNTOLD on Apple Music to stay connected with the festival year-round.
